1. Application

These Terms apply to all relationships involved in providing and using the App.

2. Accounts

• The App can be used as a guest (anonymously) or with authentication via Apple, Google, or email.
• Please keep your registered information accurate and manage your authentication information appropriately yourself.

3. Fees and Subscriptions

• The App has a free plan (Free) and a paid plan (Wa+). Some features are available only on the paid plan.
• The paid plan is a subscription (auto-renewing) through the App Store / Google Play. Fees and free trial periods follow the store’s display.
• Auto-renewal continues unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can cancel from each store’s account settings.
• Refunds follow each store’s refund policy in principle.

4. Responsibility Regarding Information About “People Close to You”

The App is a personal tool for you to engage better with the people close to you. When you enter information about a third party, please respect that person’s privacy and rights and use it under your own responsibility. The following uses are prohibited.

• Use for harassment, discrimination, surveillance, or any other illegal or unjust purpose.
• Use for the purpose of manipulating or controlling another person.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
• Acts that interfere with operating the App, unauthorized access, or reverse engineering.
• Improper use of information obtained through the App.

6. Intellectual Property

Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the App and this site belong to the operator or the rightful holders.

7. Disclaimers

• The type estimates and suggestions the App presents are reference information to serve as hints for dialogue, not assertions or professional advice.
• The App is not a substitute for professional services such as medical, psychological, or legal services.
• To the extent permitted by law, the operator bears no responsibility for outcomes arising from use of the App.

8. Changes, Suspension, and Termination of the Service

With reasonable consideration for users, the operator may change the content of the App or suspend or terminate its provision.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. If a dispute arises regarding the App, the court having jurisdiction over the operator’s location shall be the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of first instance.

10. Changes to These Terms

The operator may change these Terms as necessary. We will announce significant changes through in-app notices or on this site.
